 When I received a commission from a Metropolition city, recently, I think of the future of our cities; and the subject for a series of paintings "Visuals from Future" evolved;  the result of which is here for your appreciation.

THE FABRIC OF SLEEP/DREAM

We left behind some impressions or foldings  in the bed when we get up in the early morning.  One morning I saw the shape of the blanket in the bed as though it's me laying there. I felt it's the Fabric of sleep or the dream I experienced  last night................ And the instellation.

THE TANK OF KANAYI

Actually the Tank of kanayi has a past  history. Recently I visited the place which is in between payangadi and payyanur. At present the surrounding land  near the tank has been changed into a Resort which was once the ancestral home of Vengayil Kunhiraman Nayanar who was a Barrister, journalist, Essay writer, Critic and Short story writer.  Only a well and the Tank (kulam) remains as monument. Nearby there is a vast paddy field which extends to the horizon. And the Aracnut palms surrounding the tank creates in me a unrealistic vision which is depicted here.
