SHADOWS

CHRIST WITH DISCIPLES
These photographs are taken after a long journey with the shadows. The shadows can be seen everywhere and at every time keep on following us until we disappear into the shadows. They are like a thin layer reflecting the plain it lays. I feel that these shadows are part and parcel of our self. It is interesting that we can catch the branch of a tree which is unreachable with our hand as we catch the shadow. We feel these shadows are lifeless; but I don't feel that. They are very live and move fast with us.

INTERPRETATION

It's my hobby to draw and throw the disposable tea cups during my daily train journey to Office. Meanwhile one of my friends told me not to throw it; then I began to handover it to others who like it; After some time, I myself began to collect the cups; and now it is displayed here as an installation with some interpretations in the photographs.
